The added layer of transparency will result in the reduction of unnecessary tests and services driving down overall plan utilization and reducing cost.
Occurring simultaneously, Key Benefit Administrator’s American Health Data Institute nurses will supplement the coordination of care efforts by doing telephonic outreach and coaching to ensure the TCH Optimal Health member has all the resources necessary to effect change when required.
The joint effort between the network providers and AHDI is one-of-a-kind — provider and insurer working collaboratively to improve the health of the community served.
